What interested you about becoming a photographer?
– Interest is a huge understatement. Addiction is how I see it, with a gateway drug as simple as an idea. The ability to imagine a setting in your head and then to go out and create it is what drew me in. Photography became more like a obsessive drug rather then a hobby.

Where do you find inspiration to make your photographs?
– Mostly from things around me. Seeing the beauty in the world gets my mind going to a point where I can imagine my shots in my head. Looking at the world around me and its infinite beauty drives me to want to do the best I can to represent how amazing it truly is.

What do you most like to photograph?
– My favorite thing to photograph is documentary photos. Documentary photography gives me a chance to tell a story. Whether it's a story of a lonely orphan in the Ukraine, or a soldier in a scorching bunker in Afghanistan, I love telling it though photos.

Who are your favorite photographers?
– My favorite photographers would have to be Russell Dreyer, Claudia McDade, Emily Soto, and Alex Stoddard. All of which are exceptional at what they do.
