What interested you about becoming a photographer?
– For all who once have visited a fully equipped darkroom, the answer should be very clear, smile! But in one word: Creativity

Where do you find inspiration to make your photographs?
– Sitting in a chair in the cinema-dark, reading magazines, newspapers. Since i also work for the second largest daili newspaper in Norway, Dagbladet, as a writer. I often meet people im going to write about. Those people gives me huge inspiration. Read me a great poem, and i will be inspired.

What do you most like to photograph?
– People. No way around that issu. Okay, i do some landscapes and architecturals for my fine art prints. But i really want to portrait people for editorial use.

Who are your favorite photographers?
– My self as a 5 year old boy. That summer i made my firt photo with a Kodak 620 junior. Captured a friends neck. I would like to time-travel and meet thet naive version of my self. But hey; Annie Leibovitz, youre the greatest! I have learned a lot from watching her work.
