What interested you about becoming
a photographer?
– I like to play with colors and light while catching the natural expressions of the subject.
As a scenographer, I'm curious about the city life and the challenge to reproduce it as a theatrical stage.
Where do you find inspiration to
make your photographs?
– I've always loved photography since I was young. The major inspiration was due to my personal experience while working in a theatre, where I was able to play with light, masks, costumes, colours and everyday situations.
What do you most like to
photograph?
– Cities, architectures, people, reportage, paintings reinterpretation, portraits, street, journalism.
Who are your favorite photographers?
– My favorite photographers are: Eugène Atget, Man Ray, Aino Kannisto, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Robert Doisneau, Alfred Eisenstaedt, Elliott Erwitt, Ernst Haas, Horst P. Horst, Steve McCurry.
The one who inspires me is Stanley Kubrick.
