What interested you about becoming
a photographer?
– I was born in Usolie-Sibirskoe in Russia. Most of my life I have been moving from one country to another, learning new languages and interacting with different cultures. I have developed many feelings deep inside myself which I want to communicate. Photography is a great way to communicate.
Where do you find inspiration to
make your photographs?
– Partly from my own past experiences and observations. I also find Human daily relationships and interactions extremely interesting. I like to observe human behavioral nature and produce photographic series based on that.
What do you most like to
photograph?
– People. Nature.
Who are your favorite photographers?
– Irving Penn, Cecil Beaton, Helmut Newton, Horst P. Horst, Edward Steichen, Jacob Riis and August Sander.
