What interested you about becoming a photographer?
– I have always been interested in photography as a means to document and freeze moments of life.

Where do you find inspiration to make your photographs?
– People and how they live their lives in the urban landscape are my main inspiration. But I do often find inspiration in geometry and patterns as well.

What do you most like to photograph?
– I like to photograph people in everyday situations, preferrably without them noticing that I am there. I therefore often take pictures of people from elevated viewpoints where I can exclude that their behaviour will change because of my presence. In a way, I like to disconnect in order to connect.

Who are your favorite photographers?
– Vincent Laforet, Natan Dvir, Annie Leibovitz, Henri Cartier-Bresson and Michael Kenna.
