What interested you about becoming a photographer?
– I take very seriously, the opportunity to document information with a camera and to modify that information as I develop my skill. I love communication, especially visual communication. Being a photographer makes me an important part of the process and I love that.

Where do you find inspiration to make your photographs?
– Colors are always a big inspiration for me. Colors can trigger a mood, vibe or palette for a shoot. I am also easily carried away by interesting or strange faces. I think interesting faces were made to be photographed, I mean, that is the whole point.

What do you most like to photograph?
– Faces. I like how they make me feel, the body language. I like that I can sometimes look at my picture and forget I took it because all I care about is the face or the emotion it communicates.

Who are your favorite photographers?
– This changes with time. But currently; Harley Weir, Kristin lee Moolman
