What interested you about becoming a photographer?
– Since I was never a poet, to capture in words the beauty surrounding us, I think photography turned out to be the most appropriate way to express myself, some sort of a visual diary of my earthy adventure.

Where do you find inspiration to make your photographs?
– I don't think I find inspiration in the images of my favorite photographers or artists out there, but in those images I mentally build while daydreaming. The help of music and piles of books, on a lazy Sunday morning, is not to be left aside.

What do you most like to photograph?
– Photographing people is what I enjoy the most. The way I see it…anyone in the world has a story to tell so exploring interpersonal encounters as part of understanding life, is what I really like. Instead, when I photograph a landscape…I prefer a deserted one, where human presence is rather absent.

Who are your favorite photographers?
– Albert Watson is my ultimate favorite. Guy Aroch is another photographer that I like. And I could easily name few others…
