What interested you about becoming
a photographer?
– My background in various arts such as graphic design, painting and drawing led to me becoming a photographer. I felt that photography was a new way for me to express myself in the moment. I guess you could say I'm more of a pop artist because I love to execute things in a efficient manner.
Where do you find inspiration to
make your photographs?
– My inspiration has always came from the likes of Andy Warhol, Jean Michel Basquiat, Leonardo Da Vinci, William Eggleston, and Maurits Cornelius Escher. I also love walking the streets and capturing different things. I always like to imagine things in my mind that are complex, but interesting.
What do you most like to
photograph?
– I love to photograph fashion, I think it's more so because of the collaboration aspect that I get to work with other creatives to execute a vision/concept.
Who are your favorite photographers?
– William Eggleston, Irving Penn, Steve Miesel, Richard Avedon, and Tim Walker.
