What interested you about becoming a photographer?
– I've always been interested in languages. Photography for me is one of the languages to learn and to use. Any human activity can be seen as a language, which serves to communicate one’s thoughts to another or to ourselves, because sometimes one becomes a stranger to oneself.

Where do you find inspiration to make your photographs?
– I am adept at film photography from the very beginning. What stimulates me most is the secret, the secret of ‘camera obscura’. Just imagine a number of photographs, which can be done. And they are all there, in the light-sensitive layer of a strip of film, waiting to be exposed.

What do you most like to photograph?
– People who I find interesting and beautiful in their own way. I also enjoy making concert shots. Photography, a visual medium, can perfectly interact with music, an audio medium, creating altogether an unbelievable atmosphere, transmitted through colors and textures.

Who are your favorite photographers?
– Anton Corbijn, David Lynch, Andrei Tarkovsky, Joseph Szabo, Man Ray, Salvador Dali and Boris Smelov.
