What is the PhotoVogue Collection?
The PhotoVogue Collection is a rights-managed image library administered by the Art + Commerce Image Archive, the agency's licensing group, and curated by the Vogue Italia editorial staff. For more information, please read About PhotoVogue.

Do I need to register an account if I want to view the images available for licensing?
No. Anyone may search the Collection, price images or add images to the cart. However, you must be logged in to complete the checkout process and download your image(s).

How do I search the Collection?
If you are searching for a particular subject, you can enter keywords into the search box located on the top right of your screen. Keywords that appear on the left side of an expanded image may also be clicked to retrieve similar photographs. You may also browse the Collection by clicking one of the three sorting options located at the top right of your screen: Random, Recent, or Popular.

Can I save images for later?
Yes. Click the "Like This" button on any image to create a personalized set of images that you like.

Can I save an image to purchase at a later date?
Yes. Images placed in your cart while you are logged in may be saved for later.

Can I share images with other people?
Yes. You may repost images from the PhotoVogue Collection on Facebook, Twitter, or Tumblr by clicking the respective buttons that appear when hovering over an image or when viewing an expanded image.

How can I contribute to the Collection?

How often are new images added?
Photographs are added to the Collection every day. Use the navigation at the top of the screen to sort images by date, randomly or by most popular.

What can the images be licensed for?
Images can be licensed directly through this site for editorial use and internal presentations. Contact photovoguesupport@artandcommerce.com to inquire about additional licensing options.

What is required to license images from the PhotoVogue Collection?
In order to license images from the PhotoVogue Collection, you must be registered with an account. Licensing images requires a valid credit card.

What payment options are available?
All purchases are payable by credit card only.

Will my payment information be kept safe?
Your payment information will be submitted to Art + Commerce by a secure, encrypted delivery method and will not be accessible by any third party. We may share your information with third party service providers who will process your payments only when needed. Those service providers are permitted to only obtain the information they need to provide the service; they are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

Can I apply for corporate credit to license images?
No. Photographs in the Collection are available for licensing via one-time transactions, payable only by credit card.

How are the licensing fees calculated?
Licensing fees are calculated according to usage parameters specified by the licensee.

Will I receive a receipt after completing my purchase?
Yes, a receipt will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Receipts are also available through your "Downloads" page in "My Account".

Can licensed images be used for any purpose other than what is stated on the receipt?
No. Rights are granted only for the usage specified on the receipt. Contact photovoguesupport@artandcommerce.com to inquire about different or additional usage.

Can I extend the terms of my usage?

Can I license images exclusively?

After purchasing a license, will you provide a download of the image?
Yes. Immediately after completing your purchase, the high resolution image will be provided via download. Your downloads are saved and listed on your personal account page, which may be found by clicking "My Account" in the upper right corner of your screen.

What is the required credit line for licensed images?
All licensed images must bear the following credit: First Name Last Name/PhotoVogue/Art + Commerce

What is your refund policy?
You may cancel an order within ten days of the invoice date, in which case Art + Commerce will refund 100% of the agreed payment less a $50 transaction fee. If you cancel an order more than 10 days but less than 30 days after the invoice date, Art + Commerce will refund 50% of the licensed fee. Commencing 30 days after the invoice date, there shall be no refunds. Your use of each licensed Image must commence within twelve (12) months of the invoice date, after which time your right to use the image shall expire without refund.
