What interested you about becoming a photographer?
– At the beginning I was interested in taking well-built photographs, but now I found that the imperfections capture my attention and inspire me much more than something perfect, so I think of me as a writer and at my pictures as words of a story that I couldn't tell otherwise.

Where do you find inspiration to make your photographs?
– It's hard to tell where I find the inspiration to make my photographs, because everything starts with research and takes shape inside me, so what I do when I shoot is try to get as close as I can at the idea that I already had in my head.

What do you most like to photograph?
– I really like portraits where particulars are exalted and emotions can flow to the people as if they were there in that single moment. But I don't usually put limits to my creativity, so It happened that I took beautiful photographs few steps away from my home.

Who are your favorite photographers?
– My favorite photographers are Steve McCurry, Robert Capa, Richard Avedon, and Irving Penn.
