What interested you about becoming a photographer?
– I have always been fascinated with the dual possibilities that are offered through photography. The ability to tell the reality or to express a concept. Telling a moment of life or create it from nothing.

Where do you find inspiration to make your photographs?
– I find inspiration almost everywhere, whether it's a book of philosophy rather than a news story, or maybe even just walking around and talking to people. Then I elaborate the concept, and I try to give my personal interpretation.

What do you most like to photograph?
– The human body, integrated in natural or urban landscapes, gives me the opportunity to better express my creativity. I prefer to shoot with natural light rather that in studio.

Who are your favorite photographers?
– I really like Man Ray, Francesca Woodman, but also Misha Gordin, Robert Mapplethorpe, Wynn Bullock, Lillian Bassman, Andre Kertesz, Jan Saudek, but also many others, some of them not known at all.
