What interested you about becoming a photographer?
– I am a journalist and I have always worked with "words." When I discovered photography, I realized that with a picture you can tell much more and express more emotions than writing an article.

Where do you find inspiration to make your photographs?
– People... I like to hear stories from people and those stories always inspire me and take me to a big story.

What do you most like to photograph?
– People, definitely people... Not everybody though. A face has to be interesting, has to tell a story, otherwise I am not able to take pics.

Who are your favorite photographers?
– Cartier-Bresson, Elliott Erwitt, Eugene Smith, Steve McCurry, Kevin Carter, James Nachtwey
