What interested you about becoming a photographer?
– At last, the most important thing is to talk about emotions. Nothing that's more simple and hard at the same time.

Where do you find inspiration to make your photographs?
– In several places: an art exhibition, rather than an evocative lecture; watching a movie or listening to a particular music. On the contrary, I think there are few non interesting things.

What do you most like to photograph?
– People. And their relationship with Places. I studied as an actor for ten years: it's the same approach.

Who are your favorite photographers?
– Hopper and Degas (ok, I know they didn't use a camera). Probably Lindbergh and Roversi are the best but, anyway, there are so many people to whom I look with interest: Arbus, Sieff, Crewdson, Chadwick Tyler, Anni Leppala... and so on.
