What interested you about becoming a photographer?
– I was in Rome for an exhibition photographic agency Magnum. I remember that was the first time that I was astonished and deeply moved by the black and white prints. since then I felt the need to try to stop a particular moment in a unique image.

Where do you find inspiration to make your photographs?
– don't know if there is an inspiration, mostly I plan a photograph may be days , or few seconds before.

What do you most like to photograph?
– my first interest was for landscapes , mostly mountains. Architecture true portraits like people doing sports or walking on the street, doing something that characterize their faces and bodies. recently become interested to studio portraits.

Who are your favorite photographers?
– I.Penn & R.Avedon for portraiture, the very canonic masters. P.Lindbergh for using ambient light and not so much gear . For sure S.Meisel because always surprising. M.Giacomelli for his capability of abstraction. recently interested to P.Roversi.
