What interested you about becoming a photographer?
– My father got me started with my first film SLR camera, and I was fascinated with it. My friends and I would stage "shoots" and just play and have fun at different locations and basically, I learned by "doing." After I had my daughter, my interest increased and I've barely stopped clicking since.

Where do you find inspiration to make your photographs?
– I find inspiration everywhere, antique shops, travel, fashion magazines (VOGUE), etc. When I happen to go into an old house or a lonely quiet area all I can think about is how to gain access to shoot there.

What do you most like to photograph?
– People. People that look like they have a story to tell, or a mystery about them.

Who are your favorite photographers?
– First love, Annie Liebovitz! I also enjoy the work of George Brassai, Mario Testino, Signe Vilstrup and in the self portrait dept. Miss Aniela.
